Customer Policies
Clear expectations protect the client and the creative process. These policies apply to HBLE Studios creative services unless a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract states different terms.
Fulfillment & Delivery
Before payment, each project should have a written scope describing the requested services, deliverables, price, revision allowance and target schedule. Project timelines begin after required materials, approvals and any agreed initial payment have been received.
Digital deliverables are normally provided electronically through a download link, review platform, cloud delivery service or other method stated in the project agreement. Turnaround varies by scope. Any estimated delivery date may change if the scope changes, client materials arrive late, approvals are delayed, or circumstances outside HBLE's reasonable control occur.
HBLE will communicate material delays and work with the client on a revised delivery plan. Rush delivery is available only when expressly accepted in writing and may include an additional fee.
Refund & Dispute Policy
Because creative services involve reserved production time and work performed specifically for each client, refunds are evaluated based on the work completed and costs already committed.
- If HBLE has not begun work, amounts paid for unperformed services may be refundable, less any clearly disclosed non-refundable third-party costs or reservation fees.
- After work begins, any refund will take into account completed work, approved milestones, licensed assets, outside services and other committed project costs.
- Completed or delivered creative work is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where HBLE materially fails to provide the contracted service.
- Custom project terms in a signed proposal or contract control if they differ from this general policy.
If you believe a charge or delivery is incorrect, contact HBLE through the support form on the website before filing a payment dispute so we can review the project record and work toward a resolution.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling in writing. Fees already earned for work performed remain due. Non-refundable third-party charges and specifically disclosed reservation costs may also remain due. Any remaining unearned balance will be handled according to the applicable project agreement and refund policy.
HBLE may pause or terminate work for non-payment, prolonged lack of client response, unlawful requests, abusive conduct, material scope changes without agreement, or other material breach. HBLE will provide reasonable notice when practical.
Privacy Policy
HBLE Enterprises Inc. collects information that clients voluntarily provide, such as name, email address, company or artist name, project details, files, feedback and billing-related information necessary to provide services.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, perform contracted services, communicate about projects, process or reconcile payments, prevent fraud, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
HBLE may use service providers for website hosting, form processing, cloud storage, project review, analytics and payment processing. Those providers receive information only as needed to perform their services. HBLE does not sell customer personal information.
Payment-card details entered into a third-party payment processor's secure checkout are handled by that processor. HBLE does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers on this website.
Business records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for project delivery, accounting, legal compliance, dispute prevention and legitimate business purposes. To request access, correction or deletion of information where applicable, use the support form on the HBLE website.
Payments & Card Security
Prices shown on the HBLE website are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in the client's proposal, invoice, checkout page or agreement.
When HBLE offers online card payment, the checkout may be provided by Stripe or another secure payment processor. Payment-card information is transmitted through the processor's checkout environment rather than being directly stored by HBLE on this website.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for reviewing the project scope and policy terms before payment.
Terms of Service
Client materials and rights
The client represents that they have permission to provide and use all footage, music, logos, photographs, likenesses, trademarks and other materials supplied to HBLE. The client remains responsible for obtaining any rights or releases not expressly supplied by HBLE.
Creative process and revisions
Included revision rounds are stated in the applicable package or project agreement. Requests outside the approved scope, additional revision rounds, new deliverables, new aspect ratios or substantial creative changes may require a revised quote.
Final files and project files
Final deliverables are provided after applicable approval and payment terms are satisfied. Editable source files, project files, raw working files, paid stock assets and third-party licenses are not included unless the agreement says otherwise.
Portfolio use
Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, HBLE may display completed public-facing work in its portfolio, showreel, website and promotional materials after the client's public release. Client confidential information will not be intentionally published.
Promotions
Any discount, promotion, contest, introductory offer or special pricing is subject to the specific written terms presented with that offer. If no promotion terms are displayed, no promotional offer should be assumed.
Lawful use
HBLE will not knowingly provide services for unlawful activity or content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Governing terms
These website policies are general terms for HBLE Enterprises Inc. A signed proposal, statement of work or contract may contain more specific terms and will control for that project if there is a conflict. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
